 Kumho Tires Appoints New President of Sales & Marketing

Korean tyre giant Kumho Tires has appointed Byung Choo Kim to the newly-created position of President of Sales and Marketing.
BC Kim's career commenced at Daewoo Industrial in 1978. A variety of international roles for the Daewoo Corporation then followed before he joined Kumho as Head of its China Office in January 2007.
He graduated with a BSc in Philosophy from Sopang University, Korea, in 1977 and has two publications to his name – The Last Land of Opportunity and China, Riding Carts with Mobile Phone in Hand.
Mr Kim's appointment will be key in assisting Kumho to realise its ambition of being among the world's top five tyre producers by 2015. He will be based at Kumho Tires' headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.
